Eden Hazard in ‘advanced negotiations’ with Real Madrid and could leave Chelsea for the La Liga giants following the 2018 World Cup.
According to reports in Spain claim the Blues’ star is Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane’s No 1 target next summer, which could pave way for the club startlet Marco Asensio’s Bernabeu exit.
Diario Gol confirms that Asensio had issues with the club and gave an ultimatum, informing them that if Hazard joins he will terminate his contract with the Spanish side.
Asensio a great talent with number of top clubs lining up for his signature, and its highly know that Hazard’s arrival would become a huge threat placing him on the Real Madrid bench.
Zidane is a huge admirer of the Belgian and would be delighted to bring him to Spanish side as Real Madrid look to keep pace on the top of La Liga.
The Spanish report also suggested that negotiations between Real Madrid and the star player Hazard has passed the first stage and its in and advance level , and everything finalizing with the player arriving after the World Cup.
The 26-year-old, who has netted eight times for Chelsea this season, also heading to Russia with his country next summer.
With the Real Madrid star man Asensio likely to stay back in Spain, but whether he returns to the club after the tournament remains an option to be seen.
Diario Gol also reported that he favours a move to Manchester City if he leaves the club Bernabeu, with Pep Guardiola keen on signing getting his signature.
Asensio is said to be monitoring how the situation pans out with Hazard before he commits to any move away from the club.
