‘It’s an unbelievable feeling and an honor: United finally unveil £50m signing Aaron Wan Bissaka from Crystal Palace

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has finally completed his £50million move to Manchester United.

The England Under 21 international has signed a five-year deal worth £80,000-a-week that will keep him at the club until at least 2024. There is also the option of another year.

United will pay an initial fee of £45m, with another £5m due in add-ons should the player hit certain performance targets.

Videos had been leaked on Friday showing the player at the club’s Carrington training complex alongside his family and entourage as the deal was finalised.

And following Saturday’s announcement, Wan-Bissaka is now officially the second signing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made this summer as he looks to rebuild his squad for the coming Premier League campaign.

Daniel James became the first summer arrival at Old Trafford when the 21-year-old joined from Swansea for £18m.

United manager Solskjaer said: ‘Aaron is one of the best upcoming defenders in the Premier League. He has the right work ethic, talent and mentality to play for Manchester United and he fits exactly the type of player that we are looking to bring into the squad to help us improve and push on further.

‘Aaron is a young, hungry player and eager to learn and that’s important at his age. I am delighted he has signed with us and we look forward to continuing his tremendous development so far.’
