Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sign three years permanent contract with Manchester United

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has signed a permanent contract at Manchester Unitedafter impressing during his stint as caretaker manager. 

The Norwegian, who recently came back to Old Trafford in Dec, has been given the reins by Ed Woodward and also the Glazers family after leading the team to fourteen wins in nineteen games.

Solskjaer has received high praise for obtaining the best out of Manchester United’s star players Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.

From day one I arrived, I felt at home at this special club,’ said Solskjaer during a statement on the club website.

‘It also an honour to be a Manchester United player, and so to begin my coaching career here. The previous few months are an amazing experience and that i give all thanks to the coaches, players and employees for the work we’ve done to this point.

‘This is the job that I yearn for and am excited to possess the possibility to steer the club in a long haul and hopefully deliver the continued success that our wonderful fans deserve.’

The United legend played for the club between 1996 and 2007, scoring 126 goals in 366 appearances.
